Unity programmer

Hi, my name is Mayke (pronounces Mike), and I'm a full-time game programmer in Brazil that loves games, backend systems and do technical VFX stuffs in Unity especially. I've been working on Indie games since 2019, and most of these games are not yet announced, but you can see some on my portfolio.

I started programming in 2018 in my university course in Information Systems, and since then, it's been what I love to do, especially in games. My passion for games goes back a long way, and since I was a teenager, I always wanted to know how they were made. At the beginning of the world pandemic I started to study and practice game development. The notable project I made is a framework with a node-based editor for Unity that helps game devs build A.I. characters in a 2D game. I'm working with Freelance contracts to build my portfolio focused on Unity, but I'm open to learning other engines/frameworks. I am 100% dedicated to tasks and milestones, have good communication skills, and have a passion for game development.
